Ramsey residents can purchase a yearly parking pass at Borough Hall by completing parking permit application which can be found under Services menu/forms on the website. Parking permit renewal is in August each year for a fee of $15. The registration for each car must be presented when obtaining a new permit. Payment may be made by cash or check.
Dogs and cats need to be registered within 10 days of acquisition. A rabies certificate needs to be presented along with pet registration form which can be found under forms on the website. Rabies must be current through November of the current year. Payment of cash or check is included.
The Recycling Center hours are Monday - Friday 8:00AM - 3:00PM ( October - March)
Mondays 8:00AM - 8:00PM (April - September)
Saturdays 9:00AM - 3:00PM (December - March)
Saturdays - 9:00AM - 4:00PM (April - November)

Yes, we can email your bill to you in a PDF format. To save paper, you do not need to print the bill stub for us. To ensure proper credit, make sure your account # is clearly printed on the check. To sign up, please send an email, with your contact information to firstname.lastname@example.org or email@example.com to request paperless bills. Ten days after the bill’s due date, we will mail out paper delinquent notices.
